Gopaxo Terms of Use

These terms of use (ToU) govern access to and use of the gopaxo.com website operated by Gopaxo SAS. They define the rights and obligations of the user and the publisher when using the multimodal transport comparison engine (train, bus, carpooling, plane).

Using the site implies unconditional acceptance of these ToU. The publisher may amend them at any time; the applicable version is the one online when the user connects.

The site is accessible free of charge, 24/7, except for maintenance interruptions. The publisher does not guarantee absolute availability or the absence of errors, and reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or modify the service at any time.

Gopaxo is a multimodal ticket comparison engine. As such:

• We aggregate offers from partner carriers and redirect users to their respective sites to finalise bookings;
• We are neither the carrier nor the ticket issuer nor a party to the transport contract concluded between the user and the carrier;
• The transport contract is governed exclusively by the terms of the carrier selected by the user.

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate information when searching and booking;
• use the service in line with its intended purpose (legitimate personal or professional search and booking);
• not scrape, extract, reuse or resell the site's content without prior written authorisation;
• not attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt the service.

The entire site (brand, logo, graphics, texts, source code, database) is the exclusive property of Gopaxo SAS or its assignees. Any reproduction or reuse is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Gopaxo makes its best efforts to provide up-to-date and reliable information. However, as an intermediary:

• the publisher is not liable for pricing, schedule or availability errors coming from a carrier;
• the publisher is not liable for issues occurring after redirection to the carrier's site (payment, ticket issuance, support);
• the publisher is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site (loss of opportunity, commercial damage).

In any case, Gopaxo's potential liability is capped at the amount actually received by Gopaxo for the concerned service.

The site contains links to partner carrier sites or third-party sites. Gopaxo exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all liability regarding their content, general terms or privacy policy.

The processing of personal data is detailed in the Privacy policy. It sets out the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and user rights in accordance with GDPR. (Privacy policy)

Neither party can be held liable for failing to meet its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

The publisher may suspend or terminate a user's access in case of breach of these ToU, without notice or compensation.

These ToU may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of connection. Users are encouraged to check them regularly.

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding interpretation or performance falls under the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
